All cylinders are tested in our facility regading their design and function. Checking of diamensions, layer thickness, material and production certificates as well as pressure and leakage tests are part of the scope of testing. All tests are conducted in horizontal position of the hydraulic cylinder.

If a hydraulic power pack and a control belongs to the scope of supply, the test of the entire equipment can take place also with the associated power pack, by request. The test and inspection certificates are part of the documentation of each cylinder besides construction drawings, calculation data, material certificates as well as functional descriptions. The inspection is performed also with a competent test authority, such as, for example DNV, GL, TÜV or other, on request.
