9 bore sizes from 32 to 200 mm each with 2 alternative rod diameters 18 to 140 mm to DIN 24334. 14 different mounting styles BSP or metric. The cylinder bore and the piston rod are finished honed Ra < 1 µm. Cushioning both ends: fixed for bore diameters 32 and 40, Bore dia. 50 to 200 adjustable by means of throttle valve.

Check valves with air bleeds are provided. Double ended cylinders can also be supplied with all mounting styles except GZ and PZ. In that case specification to be supplemented with additional D, for piston speed depends on the port size. Higher piston speed, if required, example DQZ is available but mounting position, acceleration, deceleration speeds and loads should be stated. When selecting a cylinder working on the full bore side, please check the permissable buckling load of the piston rod.

We will quote on enquiry for longer strokes > 3000. Cylinders with technical requirements different from characteristics stated below can be supplied on request. Please mention in your enquiry excact details of operation conditions.
